Key Responsibilities: o??Performing inspection tasks and following up the implementation of safety procedures. o??Performing routine preventive and predictive maintenance tasks during the scheduled stoppages. o??Preparing and fulfilling the general inspection check list (during running operations) including oil and lubricant analysis and do inspection based on visual inspection and overview of the site equipment's. o??Preparing and registering the work order on SAP system by priority and time needed to solve it. o??Preparing a report with all troubleshoots during inspection stoppage including priority and time needed to solve it. o??Monitoring and analyzing daily troubleshoots submitted by concerned parties. o??Preparing and registering the PMO (Preventive Maintenance Order) on SAP system according to troubleshoots priority, time needed to solve it, and needed spare parts, as well as prepare the work order on SAP system. o??Coordinate and communicate effectively with other departments on maintenance activities in order to ensure that maintenance provision meets the ongoing needs of production process. o??Following the preventive & proactive maintenance of all equipment’s regarding to visual inspection and condition mentoring procedure.
