Who are the largest companies in Austin? Each of these groups occupy a minimum of 150,000 square feet of office, some of which are attempting to sublease a sizeable portion of their footprint (Meta..). Despite the lack of activity in the market from tech focused tenants, tech makes up more than half of the 150k sf users in the Austin MSA.
