Members of the Aquifer NP Affinity Group (Marcy Ainslie EdD, APRN, Danielle Hebert DNP, MBA, Patricia Griffith PhD, Jeanne Moore DNP, RN), along with their colleagues from the original Aquifer NP Task Force (Sheba Luke DNP, RN and Margaret Hadro Venzke DNP, RN), and Aquifer staff (Joseph Miller PhD), have recently published important work addressing competency-based education in Nurse Educator. Their article, "Scaffolding Case Studies: Advancing Competency-Based Nurse Practitioner Education," introduces a structured approach to organizing educational content for optimal learning progression.
