As someone who’s been in the IT recruitment space for a while now, I’ve seen firsthand how rapidly this industry evolves. Here are a few insights for employers and candidates that can ease that burden: ### 1. **Soft Skills Matter** While technical skills are crucial, don’t underestimate the power of soft skills.
