A Record-Setting Year for APS Grupa! 2024 was a milestone year for APS Grupa and our ingredients repackaging and bulk transloading division. We handled close to 150 million pounds of dry food, feed, and pharma-grade ingredients—a 25% increase over 2023! Two key initiatives drove this growth: When one of our major customers faced a catastrophic internal operations disruption, we quickly reacted and reconfigured our bulk rail car unloading system to facilitate rail car to rail car transloading, which ensured their supply chain remained uninterrupted. In order to support a new customer who secured a sugar supply contract for a refinery operation in Mexico we commissioned a dedicated bulk storage silo and bulk bag repacking line to facilitate the 20 incremental rail cars per month needed to support their demand.
