Here are five tips that have worked for me over the years: 1. ?????????????????? ?????? ?????????? ????????: It's easy to focus on the big stuff, but those small accomplishments add up. I always try to give a shoutout, even for the little things—it shows the team that every effort counts. 2. ???????????? ??????????????????????: Don’t just praise your team behind closed doors. Recognize them in team meetings or group messages. A little public acknowledgment can go a long way in boosting morale. 3. ?????????????????????? ???????? ????????????????????????:?Not everyone is motivated by the same thing. Take the time to understand what makes each team member excited. Whether it’s a word of thanks, a gift card, or just a little extra responsibility, tailoring your appreciation makes it more meaningful. 4. ?????????????????? ?????? ?????????? ????????????: This one’s tricky but crucial. There’s nothing more demotivating than seeing someone get rewarded who didn’t earn it. I always ensure the recognition goes to the right person—trust me, the team notices. Back up your recognition with data! 5. ???????????????? ???????? ?????????????????????? ????????????: Maintenance guys are competitive by nature. I’ve found that creating fun, performance-based competitions brings out their best.
