Appspace fosters a culture of collaboration, growth, and empowerment—one of the key reasons I joined. I’m especially grateful to be part of?Athena, our women’s advocating group, where strong female leaders uplift and inspire each other. Together, we’re creating a space for women to thrive and lead. ?? Breaking Barriers, Building Confidence ?? This week, we held the first session of our women’s and non-binary advocating group at Appspace, and the conversation was nothing short of inspiring. We tackled topics that many of us have felt but often hesitate to voice. ?? Parenthood in the Workplace – Talking about our kids isn’t a weakness; it’s a strength. Vulnerability isn’t a limitation; it’s a bridge to connection. ?? The Glass Ceiling – Historically, we’ve found ourselves navigating male-dominated teams. But with strong mentors and cross-team collaboration, we’re shifting the narrative. ?? Imposter Syndrome – There’s no magic cure—no pill on the market. But confidence? That’s built in rooms like this, in unity groups where women and non-binary individuals lift each other up. This isn’t just about breaking barriers, it’s about creating spaces where everyone feels heard, valued, and empowered. When we share our experiences, we grow. When we support each other, we rise. To all the incredible women, non-binary individuals, and allies at Appspace and beyond—let’s keep pushing forward, together. A big shoutout to our executive leaders—Holly Grogan, MacKenzie Gabe Ulfsrud, Carolyn Galvin, Janine Narvali, and Sara Nichols—whose conversations and support helped bring this group to life!

This Women's History Month, I’m reflecting on the power of strong female leadership, both at Appspace and beyond. As a woman leading in sales, I’ve experienced firsthand the incredible impact we have when we lift each other up, and the challenges that arise when we don’t. I’m proud to introduce ATHENA, a new initiative at Appspace created by and for women and nonbinary employees. ATHENA is a space to share experiences, exchange ideas, and build meaningful relationships. Named after the goddess of wisdom and strategy, ATHENA embodies values that are essential in any workplace: ? Advocate ? Transform ? Empower ? Nurture ? Authenticity I’m honored to lead our kickoff this week and help drive a culture where we uplift and support one another. Now, let’s celebrate the women who inspire us.
