With 20+ years of Workforce Development expertise, Roderick has spent the past 8 months helping employers, training providers, and job seekers navigate programs like WIOA, American Job Centers, and Registered Apprenticeships. A native of Grand Junction, TN, and now residing in Shelby County, Roderick holds a Bachelor’s in Business from Lane College and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
