We’re thrilled to announce that?Delta Electric?and Townsend Systems just held their largest signing day ever—welcoming an incredible 29 apprentices into their programs! ?? ?? At Delta Electric, apprentices will embark on a journey to master the Electrician trade, completing 8000 hours of On-the-Job Learning and 576 hours of Related Instruction. ?? At Townsend Systems, apprentices will develop expertise as Fire Alarm Inspection Test Maintenance Technicians, earning their journeyworker credential after 4000 hours of On-the-Job Learning and 288 hours of Related Instruction. These programs don’t just create skilled professionals—they build futures and grow our workforce. Congratulations to all 29 apprentices! With 20+ years of Workforce Development expertise, Roderick has spent the past 8 months helping employers, training providers, and job seekers navigate programs like WIOA, American Job Centers, and Registered Apprenticeships. A native of Grand Junction, TN, and now residing in Shelby County, Roderick holds a Bachelor’s in Business from Lane College and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
