The energy efficiency rating for Single-Unit Green Mortgage-Backed Securities (Green MBS) program has been lowered from a 60 HERS to a 55 HERS. The new UAD Report will be asking for the HERS rating. The HERS Ratings are available to appraisers at https://portal.resnet.us/. The Appraisal Portal does not cost and will provide valuable energy ratings for properties. #AppraisalInstitute #Appraisers
