?? Applus+ in Germany has successfully completed testing and inspection of a new water supply pipeline as part of a major waterworks project that will supply a German city. This initiative includes advanced infrastructure with high-performance pumps, generators and new DN800 and DN1000 pipelines to support reliable water supply for the region. Using non-destructive testing (NDT) methods like Radiographic Testing (RT) and Ultrasonic Testing (UT), we ensured the highest standards in quality and safety. These methods detect internal pipeline defects without causing any damage, supporting long-term operational efficiency. With over 85 years of experience, Applus+ combines traditional and advanced NDT techniques (including Real-Time Radiography, TOFD and PAUT) to offer unmatched accuracy in pipeline integrity. ?? His work on Ireland's National Car Testing Service mobilised him to join the company in 2010, where he quickly progressed to Country Manager at Applus+ Automotive. ?? ??? Applus+ has been appointed as the Quality Management Consultant (QMC) for a supplier evaluation project in Saudi Arabia. The initiative is focused on monitoring and evaluating several performance-based contracts (PBCs) in order to enhance service levels and optimise efficiency in road maintenance across the country. ? Our role in this project revolves around supplier quality control, ensuring the effective execution of PBCs by tracking supplier performance and overseeing the quality assurance of services delivered based on a variety of key performance indicators. ? Effective supplier quality control is crucial for maintaining high service standards, adhering to scheduled timelines, minimising risks, ensuring regulatory compliance and achieving transparency and traceability of the work performed. ? ??
