Our employees in Bangalore office recently came together for the Blood Donation Drive held in ITPL organized by the Sankalp India Foundation. It was heartwarming to see more than 72 units of blood was collected and we are incredibly proud of everyone who participated. It was an action-packed last week at #IESAVisionSummit2025 and #ISPEC in Gandhinagar, Gujarat. Here are some key highlights: Suraj Rengarajan, moderated a session on "Talent, Skill, Capacity Building: How to Ensure an Adequate Workforce for Local Units and Others", shared insights on how #AppliedMaterialsIndia is building the talent pipeline and fostering collaboration within the ecosystem. He highlighted some of the examples of upskilling and capacity building programs to ensure we have adequate workforce. Dr. Hemang Shah ??, moderated a session on "Government Role-State and Center Policies and Infra Readiness†and also shared Applied’s perspective on how these contributions are essential in enhancing India's Semiconductor readiness. Loke Yuen WONG, delivered a keynote address on the topic, “A New collaboration Model to Drive Heterogenous Integration Roadmapâ€.
