We this week has been a whirlwind for many, even if you don't watch the news. When you do the type of work we do, often in remote locations, it is imperative that you can rely on teammates (colleagues, subcontractors, partners). Rest assured that Applied EarthWorks, Inc. will stick to our values. Æ doesn't follow trends without first spending time evaluating them for alignment with our values. We build trust with our employees and our customers when we stay consistent, even when it's not easy. Æ remains true to our long-standing commitments. We are purposefully non-political. We will stick with the values we've committed to, not the ones trending in the moment. That's how Æ earns trust and maintains our employee-centric culture into the future. Æ Core Values and Guiding Principles - Successfully guide clients through the regulatory process, with innovation, efficiency, and cost effectiveness. - Accord respectful & ethical treatment to groups whose culture we study. - Provide a collegial, productive, safe, and enjoyable work environment for employees, supportive of their development. - Shared and healthy ownership culture that promotes awareness, participation, and appreciation of the benefits of employee ownership.

Keeping our colleagues and families in our thoughts during the wildfires and winds in Southern California. Until the weather abates, Applied EarthWorks, Inc.'s offices in Pasadena and Hemet are closed. Staff is working from home as possible and many field projects are suspended for safety. We give our deepest gratitude to the firefighters, police, and first responders working to restore power, contain the fires, and keep everyone safe. https://lnkd.in/gNKTabQb

As another year nears its end, we have the opportunity to pause and reflect on all the things we have for which we are grateful, and chief among them, of course, is you. Our clients, professional colleagues, and the descendent communities with whom we work inspire us. Year after year, our clients choose us to dig into great projects, understand their objectives, and deliver timely services. We are incredibly privileged and honored to be that call of first resort, and we look forward to earning your business each day in the coming year. We are a genuine part of the communities in which we work and live. In that spirit, this holiday season, the employee owners of Applied EarthWorks made a donation to the International Committee of the Red Cross - ICRC in support of their vital work providing relief and assistance to people in need, a gift made possible by the trust and the support of clients and friends of Æ like you. We wish you a safe and peaceful holiday season, and we look forward to working with you in the new year. Visit www.appliedearthworks.com to discuss your upcoming needs.
