Yesterday was a defining moment. We had another mentorship session with Brent Sayles that truly challenged and inspired me. At Applewood Auto Group we’re guided by our core values, core focus, a proven process, and a vivid 3 year vision for the future, a roadmap showing where Applewood aspires to be in all aspects of our business. What made the day so powerful was the personal reflection it prompted. For the first time, we dedicated hours to examining our individual core values, personal focus, and long-term vision. The questions posed were some of the toughest I’ve ever encountered, forcing me to confront what truly drives me—both personally and professionally. I’m immensely grateful for these life-changing sessions, and I can’t thank Brent Sayles and the entire Applewood team enough.
