Do you value on-going learning and development? If so, good! We do, too. Starting on day one, all new employees are introduced to the company with a three-day new-hire orientation. We also offer the Appian MBA program for new managers; online learning through Appian University, which includes more than 3,000 LinkedIn Learning and Udemy courses; presentation skills training; and tuition reimbursement for those seeking to continue their education.
