We recently commemorated World Wetlands Day, when the employees came together for a Mangrove Plantation drive at the scenic Mangrove Park in Ernakulam, Kerala. In a spirited display of teamwork and dedication, over 20 employees from Apollo Tyres joined forces with 80 enthusiastic students to plant mangroves, along with Sonali Sen, Independent Director, PTL Enterprises, GEORGE OOMMEN, Rinika Grover and board members of MatsyaFed. The company also hosted an engaging awareness workshop for 200 enthusiastic students at The Cochin College in Kerala. This activity served as a global reminder of the vital role wetlands play in sustaining biodiversity. More than one-third of endangered species depend on wetlands, making their conservation essential for our planet’s health. #ApolloTyres #GoTheDistance #BioDiversity #Wetlands

We recently organised an exclusive TQM Training for key members of our leadership team in collaboration with AOTS (Association for Overseas Technical Cooperation and Sustainable Partnership) in Thailand. This programme was specially designed to align with Apollo Total Quality Management (ATQM), featuring insightful lectures by globally renowned quality experts, like Yukihiro Ando and Masataka Sano. As part of this programme, our team had the incredible opportunity to visit industry-leading organisations in Thailand — including Toyota, Komatsu Bangkok, SCG Packaging, CPRAM and Thai Yamaha Motor — each of which has been pioneering TQM practices for decades. The visits provided valuable insights into their customised TQM frameworks, continuous improvement initiatives, and best practices, along with Gemba sessions and direct interactions with their leadership teams. At Apollo Tyres, we believe in learning, evolving, and driving excellence. By integrating these best practices into our functions, we are reinforcing a culture of continuous improvement and customer-centricity under Apollo 2.0. This initiative reflects our unwavering commitment to TQM implementation to achieve sustainable business growth and operational excellence. #ApolloTyres #TQM #ContinuousImprovement #OperationalExcellence Deepak Gupta Praneet H.
