We were honored to have our very own Michael Brownrigg?as a panelist?at the Oxford Symposium on Employee Ownership last week.?The event was hosted by The Employee Ownership Foundation and the Center on Business and Poverty, and the panel was expertly MC’ed by James Bonham of The ESOP Association and Graeme Nuttall of the University of Oxford. Delegates came literally from around the world to share their experiences and learn from others, all united by the belief that employee ownership is a win-win path to a more equitable economy and happier lives for participating workers and their families.
