Meet our March Employee Spotlight: Jeff Li, Productivity Manager in our Shandong, China facility! Jeff has been with ATG for 16 years, steadily advancing into his current role, which he enjoys because it allows him to continuously grow, stay creative, and challenge himself to think outside the box and drive better results. In 2024, Jeff and his team achieved a major technological breakthrough by developing a robot forging process for straight steel bars and rolling bars. This innovation will soon be extended to other forging production lines, boosting productivity across ATG. We’re incredibly fortunate to have someone like Jeff, whose dedication and innovation help make ATG what it is today. Meet our other February Employee Spotlight: Marcel Menezes, Manager of Product Marketing in Sorocaba, Brazil, brings 15+ years of automotive industry experience and holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Production Engineering from UNIP. Before joining ATG, he spent a decade in Brazil and Germany, working in software development, product management, and OE sales. At ATG, Marcel leads the Automotive Equipment and MHT portfolio across Latin America and recently expanded his role to include Automotive Aftersales Service. A true team player, Marcel is passionate about delivering innovative solutions and continuously learning from those around him.
