Episode 120 is a solocast delving into my plant medicine experience with Ayahuasca, Hape, Ambil and Mambe. I sat for two nights with Ayahuasca for the first time and it was wonderful. It was trying but overall positive. It reaffirmed my dedication to my family and brought some clarity along with a real satisfaction for life and a connection to the communities I’m part of and those I’m not. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and will remember it for the rest of my life. I’ll be seeking out another ceremony sometime next year and can’t wait to continue down this path! I also learned more about breathwork during the events and had some powerful insights from it.
