Most recently, Elora spent 3.5 years overseeing Human Resources at the Bird Alliance of Oregon (formerly Portland Audubon). As someone with a multicultural background, she values equity-driven work, and the power of diverse voices in shaping meaningful change. Outside of work, Elora loves spending time with her family- her son, husband, two dogs and two cats. She also plays in an amateur pool/billiards league, is an avid Pilates enthusiast, plays music, loves to cook, and enjoys summertime activities that involve being in or around large bodies of water.
