We are delighted to introduce you to our newest partnership …… Apache Corporation Apache’s Offshore Charity Bond Committee have donated ￡50,000 and become the Strategic Partner for the development of the Russell Anderson Foundation in Aberdeen South. The donation will allow the Foundation to increase the work that coaches are delivering in Kirkhill, Greyhope, Tullos and Abbotswell primary schools, as well as accelerate the long-term objective to expand the RAF footprint in the south side of the city, throughout the Lochside Academy catchment area. Russell said of the partnership “This partnership represents a significant point in our journey and, having established ourselves over the last twelve years in the St Machar Academy ASG area, we have moved into, and increased, our presence in the Kincorth and Torry areas on the city. “Thanks to Apache’s involvement, there are a number of areas around aspirations we would like to focus on and our aim is simple, to make children and young people aware of the opportunities all around them as they cannot aspire to be what they do not know exists. “We have an incredible opportunity to shape and inspire the next generation of Aberdeen's workforce through our Pathways programme and we are eternally grateful to have Apache on board with us.” You can read the full story on our website https://lnkd.in/eQc6R98x

Castlen Kennedy, senior vice president of corporate affairs and marketing, moderated an engaging discussion with Nasdaq president Nelson Griggs at the Houston Energy Summit, put on by the Texas Oil & Gas Association (TXOGA). The conversation touched on market shifts, investor sentiment, energy efficiency and the challenges faced by companies that seek to go public. Both speakers were joined at the event by Houston Mayor John Whitmire and TXOGA president Todd Staples.

Three students from The American University in Cairo joined Apache in Egypt as summer interns. Bassel Abdelaty, a petroleum engineering student and recipient of the Apache scholarship, worked with the planning team, while Yara El-Nawawy, also a petroleum engineering student, joined the drilling department. Computer science student, Aml Yasser, supported data allocation. The ten-week program provides students with hands-on experience and collaboration with our skilled Apache team. #Apache #Egypt #Intern?
