We had the incredible opportunity to meet with Robert W. Allen, CEO of Intermountain Health, in a group setting where he shared his valuable insights on leadership and navigating large organizations. Robert walked us through his personal journey to becoming a CEO and offered practical advice on how to lead with impact and authenticity. His down-to-earth approach and willingness to engage with each of us made the session truly impactful. It was a privilege to learn from such an accomplished and approachable leader, and we left feeling inspired and equipped with new perspectives on leadership.
