Povi is the world's first apps that help busy parents be more effective in parenting – increase interactions between parents and children; between children and children. Povi Family Connect standalone App. Target users: Parents with children between 3 – 18 of age. Busy parents sometimes are so occupied that they are short of topics to have deeper conversations with their children to find out how they are feeling. They go back to the “How’s your day?” Povi Family Connect app sends daily thought-provoking questions to parents to start stimulating dialogues with their children. These questions are designed by our developmental psychologist, PhD, and reviewed by experienced advisors in Child Psychology and clinical practitioners. ? Categorized into several EQ goals like perspective taking, emotions sharing, self esteem, imagination etc. ? Optimized by three different age groups so that age-appropriate questions can be used for each child. Responses from the children recorded are used as data for services. ? A collection of reference answers of what other kids have said to provide additional hints. ? Parents receive analysis about the emotional development and progress of the child. ? Parents receive additional content and services recommendations based on answer patterns. As a roadmap extension, Povi will introduce a smart buddy designed to appeal to children for Social and Emotional Intelligence development. Age group: 4-10. Prototype available. Takes on the form of a toy robot that engages a child actively while also quietly observes.
