Bringing Farmhouse Nouveau to Life: A Behind-the-Scenes Look at Our Design Process???? Every great home renovation starts with a vision, but before construction begins, we take our clients on a journey through inspiration, planning, and 3D visualization. Our latest project,?Farmhouse Nouveau, is a beautiful collaboration with?Jessie Alfieri Design, blending timeless farmhouse charm with a fresh, modern feel. In our latest blog post, we’re pulling back the curtain to share how we approach the early stages of a?residential renovation—from Pinterest inspiration boards to detailed?3D renderings in Lumion?that bring the layout to life before a single hammer swings. ???Step 1:?Gathering inspiration and defining the design vision ???Step 2:?Selecting paint colors, finishes, and textures ???Step 3:?Creating a?Look & Feel?presentation to align on the aesthetic ???Step 4:?Building the design in?Revit?to ensure feasibility ????Step 5:?Producing?black and white renderings in Lumion?so the focus stays on layout and flow We’re so excited to share this process with our client and can’t wait for their feedback before moving into the next phase!
