Kaba to help turn big-picture vision and strategy into reality. The Ann Bancroft Foundation encourages girls across the state of Minnesota to dream fearlessly and equips them with the skills to thrive via grants, mentorship, and development opportunities. The Associate Director will be an integral partner to the Executive Director in driving the operational and programmatic success of the organization.
