Why pursue the innovative hub instead of a third high school? Cost: A third high school would cost $235-$250 million, triggering the need for a second stadium, which would cost even more. Enrollment Projections: Our two current high schools hold 3,700 students. Building a third high school would leave us with three underutilized buildings.
