Leadership, strategy, and impact: Bo Young Lee ??? is bringing it all to the Responsible AI Forum. Bo Young Lee has spent her career pushing industries to move beyond performative DEI and commit to real equity. As President of AnitaB.org Research & Advisory, she is setting the standard for what true inclusion looks like. At Uber, she redefined company culture, led a civil rights audit, and helped achieve organic pay equity and double-digit growth in BIPOC and women leadership. Her work put Uber on Just Capital’s list of most Just companies and in the Bloomberg Gender Equality Index. From Uber to AnitaB.org, Bo has been driving systemic change and proving that equity is a business imperative, not an afterthought. AI is already controlling high-stakes decisions: who gets hired, who gets a loan, what news people see, even how healthcare is delivered. But here’s the problem: ? AI isn’t neutral. It reflects the biases in the data it’s trained on. Regulations are coming fast, and most companies aren’t ready. Rushed AI adoption can lead to lawsuits, reputation damage, and financial loss. Your competitors are moving forward... but are they doing it responsibly? ?? Take a minute to ask yourself:? ? ? Does my company use—or plan to use—AI in our products or operations?? ? Am I looking to connect with an exclusive network of AI leaders, policymakers, and innovators? ? Do I need to understand upcoming AI regulations before they impact my company?? ? Do I want to shape AI’s future rather than react to it? ?? If you said yes to any of these, the Responsible AI Forum is where you need to be. This is where leaders from finance, healthcare, government, and enterprise tech come together to align on the future. Be there! March 24-26 in Chicago, IL. https://lnkd.in/g9jkEFyT

If AI is reshaping industries, who is shaping AI? Proud of the AnitaB.org team for launching a bold new format with the Responsible AI Forum in Chicago, March 24-26—a high-impact strategy session on shaping AI’s future now. This isn’t a conference. It’s an intimate and powerful room of the world’s top AI minds—executives, industry leaders, entrepreneurs, researchers, and policymakers—riffing on ideas and actions that matter. I’ve never regretted being in rooms like this—though they’ve often felt out of reach and rare—even when I questioned if my voice mattered, had to justify the expense to gain entry or had to push hard to create a small space for myself to lead from the front (often as the moderator!). Every minute spent in such spaces has helped me grow. And when I’ve stepped up to lead, that growth has been exponential. This opportunity is too big to pass by. It's an open invite. If you're in Chicago, don’t just attend—be ready to participate :) If you don't have answers, bring all your questions! Link in the comments below. Brenda Darden Wilkerson Brian Reaves
