Our Mission: Angels Charge Ministry offers a transitional housing program, case management and advocacy to deter recidivism and to facilitate a healthy and productive reentry into our community for women during and after incarceration. Our Core Values Empowerment, Partnerships, Respect, Faith-based Our Vision: All incarcerated women of Spartanburg County through faith based development will realize their value and purpose to become independent, positive assets to our community so none will return to incarceration. Our Program: Angels Charge Ministry believes combining high quality temporary housing with holistic case management and advocacy will yield the best results for our clients. Our Philosophy We believe that women have the potential and right to live satisfying, productive lives. Women who have been incarcerated or involved in the criminal justice system are often defined solely by their criminal histories. We believe that women who have made poor choices should not forever be limited by their mistakes.
