The NCCEF team was fortunate to have the opportunity to build our awareness of some of NC’s small town challenges and their incredible community spirit when we visited the Town of Davidson and the surrounding North Mecklenburg towns of Cornelius and Huntersville to learn from their communities about their needs and values. ? ? A big thank you to the Ada Jenkins Center for the ongoing work they do and for taking us on the “Need in the North” tour to educate us on the history of the underserved communities of this area and the challenges they face.
