One of the best things Angel Foundation? can offer children who have a parent or loved one with cancer is an Angel Pack?. ? Each year, we send out hundreds of these Angel Packs? with the help of volunteers who donate their time to fill the kits with evidence-based tools and activities for children, preteens, and teens using accurate and easy to understand information about what cancer is and how it is treated.? ? Since 2001, Angel Foundation? has provided emergency financial assistance, education, and emotional support to cancer patients. In total, we have served 58,000 cancer patients and provided $15,000,000 in direct financial assistance. In 2024 alone, Angel Foundation? provided essential services to 3,679 cancer patients and impacted 7,358 lives.? ? Our programs would not exist without the generous support of our community. We are grateful to everyone who enables us to help cancer patients pay their bills, put food on the table, learn about managing finances, or offer some much-needed fun social programming. Finding better and better ways to serve our clients is what drives us at Angel Foundation?. In 2025, we have expanded our Financial Cancer Care program to better meet our clients where they are.?? ? Since the program’s inception, we have offered one virtual and one in-person workshop per month. While we will still offer in-person workshops, we have converted the virtual Financial Cancer Care workshop into a self-guided online course that patients can participate in at whatever time is convenient for them, as well as translating the materials, starting with Spanish, to reduce barriers and provide access to many more clients.? ?
