Our Youth Exploration Program introduces our youth to living wage construction opportunities in the construction industry. Our program offers career-readiness, soft skills training, and paid hands-on technical learning as part of our summer boot camp. We recognize that job-site clothing is both expensive and not readily available. In partnership with Lydig Construction, we've created Rosie's Closet as one of our key resources for apprentices looking to be safe and comfortable on the job. Join us to learn about our pre-apprenticeship training programs that help individuals like you obtain careers in construction trades. We partner with many registered apprenticeship programs in the Seattle area and let students experience their training facilities. As a graduate of ANEW, you'll receive preferred entry into a construction apprenticeship program and receive placement assistance and retention services for two years. ??Want to get more info?
