Marketing in the age of the LLM? How do you thrive, capitalize, and strive to jive with the machines? There are a lot of different perspectives based on what kind of marketing you focus on. Matt Davies ??urges you to avoid the trap of imitation lest you sink into the quicksand... Aliza Visagie says scale smarter but only if storytelling can lead the way... Anand Sankaranarayanan warns you to keep your data fresh lest the LLMs... Here's my take on all the latest Jaguar news. ?? Another day, another rebrand, and Jaguar’s out here trying to reinvent itself—again. Sleek logo, modern font, minimalist vibes... yadda yadda yadda. The internet gurus are buzzing with opinions: “Bold move!” “Meh, seen it before.” “Love it!” “Hate it!” You know the drill. But let’s cut through the noise for a second. Is a shiny new identity enough to make us forget years of being let down by promises of luxury paired with performance, only to see your check engine light before your first oil change? (Ouch, I know firsthand because Melissa was a proud Jaguar owner for years. And yes, she still has THAT iconic hood emblem). Because here’s the thing... A rebrand is like putting on a tailored suit. It looks great, sure—but if you can’t back it up with action, it’s just another outfit in a closet full of missed opportunities. Jaguar’s new look screams “futuristic innovation,” but can it deliver futuristic innovation? That’s the real question. Everyone has opinions on the aesthetic, and hey, it’s fun to play armchair creative director. ?? But the true test isn’t how sleek the logo looks parked on a billboard. It’s whether this rebrand drives Jaguar into the future, or if it’s just another flashy promise that stalls out in the slow lane. So, what’s it gonna be, Jaguar? A purring powerhouse move that sets the pace for the next century, or just another cat chasing its own tail, again? We’re watching. ?? ????
