    🔬 We’ve tested sachets. The results are in. At Anellotech, we recently solicited on LinkedIn (https://lnkd.in/gVMAN6DN) for samples of multilayer films, including sachets used for personal care and other disposable items around the world along with snack packaging, which is commonly used for cookies, potato chips, pretzels and other food items. Both are complex PE/PET/Al constructions. We tested yields and compatibility with our innovative Plas-TCat catalytic cracking recycling process.   Here’s what we found: ✅ Sachets can be processed effectively using our Plas-TCat technology. ✅ No nylon or PS detected (even though these would still be accepted by our system) - just PE/PP and PET plastics. ✅ BTX, olefins, and paraffins were successfully produced. Chip bag yields were exceptional! ♻️ The ash consists of mainly aluminum which is recoverable for reuse, sachets showed higher aluminum content at almost 25%. 🖨️ Yes, the films were printed (visual is of the non-printed side), and yes, we tested them as-is.   This is the kind of real-world, real-waste testing that makes advanced recycling viable at scale.
