Largest State Fair in the country ? 97 days of 24hr crowd management coverage ? 2.4 million guest in 24 days ? Hired 1243 team members in 45 days ? 24 trainings in 30 days ? Record breaking attendance for the Grambling v PV game ? 212k on property for Red River Rivalry ? 300-900 person daily staffing request ? This past weekend we completed 24 days of the Largest State Fair in the USA, with 2.4 million visitors this year State Fair of Texas was a success. Alone Texas OU weekend we nearly had 100K at the Cotton Bowl. What a season! We wrapped it up tonight with the USWNT vs. Iceland. This year was packed—17 Austin FC home games, hosting Copa America, Leagues Cup, and even the USMNT just 12 days ago. Next year’s already looking busy too, with the CONCACAF Gold Cup, Rufus du Sol, and the MLS All-Star Game. This one was historic. Largest single day event that Andy Frain Services has been a part of. 185,000 guest came to Fair Park Dallas on Saturday for the Red River Showdown or the State Fair of Texas?!! The culture that’s been built in Dallas is unmatched. This culture allowed for us to not only meet, but exceed the event need for all crowd management, security and guest services post for both events, while striving to create lifelong memories.
