I am a licensed CPA with added credentials, and an MBA that uses the techniques of Business Coaching to help clients find the solutions to the following problems: Cash Management Work/life balance Exit Strategy Marketing Customer Communication Talent Recruitment Profit margin/sales mix Transition planning The benefits of coaching are not limited to the above areas. There may be areas of a more personal nature that need attention in order for the client to move their business and life to where they want to be. Coaching is more economical than consulting because it usually involves only one hour session per week for a period of three to nine months. Think of it this way, coaching is teaching the client to fish rather than handing them a fish.

    Work, and that includes for clients, is changing rapidly. AI and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) are changing how things are done. Employers and clients are deemphasizing task work and emphasizing value added, judgment, and outcomes. Having to be at a specific place for a specific time is becoming less and less relevant. What now matters more is your skill, judgment, and execution. CPAs have been moving to retainers for several years. I believe employees will be "retained" for their ability to deliver an outcome rather that occupy space and time. #AI #RPA #work

    The IRS is still announcing amazingly high rejection rates on the Employee Retention Credit (ERC). If you have already received the credit, and they reject it, you may be subject to criminal penalties. Amazing! I am going through an IRS audit right now because of the ERC, and they are looking at a lot of other items. I will let you know how it goes. #taxes #erc #penalties

    The IRS Commissioner sya they are going to reject BILLIONS of dollars of ERC claims. You can still file for the ERC, but it seems the government has buyers remorse.     The IRS commissioner announced they are going to break the Employee Retention Credit (ERC) log jam, and start processing payments or rejecting the filing. The IRS is still rejecting a high percentage of ERC filings. The Commissioner stated that they can look at the paperwork and know the claim is invalid. Hmmm. . . it carries a criminal penalty. ?? #ERC #IRS #taxes

    It's time to get used to interest rates being at this level, which is close to the 50 year average. As long as the government borrows and spends 1 out of four dollars it spends, and has a 2 trillion per year deficit, inflation will continue, and the financial markets will be affected by these huge borrowings.     Get your house in order. The Treasury Department is implementing the Consolidated Audit Trail (CAT), and brokerages are required to report all of your financial transactions real time along with your identity and entire portfolio. The excuse for this is to detect insider trading, but if your portfolio doesn't match your tax return, there could be issues. Watch the video and see what they are after.     The Treasury Department is implementing CAT, which is a data base of all of your financial transactions and your ENTIRE portfolio. It will be the largest data base of private information the government has ever collected, and it is in real time. The 4th Amendment says to get anything from you, including your data, the government needs to first have probable cause, and then obtain a warrant. The current administration doesn't think it is constrained by the 4th amendment. First BOI, now CAT, and the next item is the 1099 aggregated by entity from payment processors.
