For all mothers.

关于我们

Building on the momentum of the #DreamMaternity movement, a call for action and awareness around the lack of sponsor support for female athletes choosing to become mothers during their athletic careers, For All Mothers+ (formerly &Mother) was founded in 2020 to transition the movement to impact across industries. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit we are dedicated to breaking down the barriers that limit a woman’s choice to pursue and thrive in both career and motherhood. Our first initiative centers on creating cultural and structural change within the Sports Industry. Join the community on Instagram and Twitter and connect with us at www.forallmothers.org

Haven’t been online in a bit—so thrilled to finally tell you why. Introducing Level the Playing Field—Cofertility's latest brand campaign that has been fueling my brain and stealing my focus for months. It launched today, on National Girls & Women in Sports Day, and you can now check it out by visiting leveltheplayingfield.co #LevelthePlayingField was created in partnership with the non-profit &Mother and is all about promoting fertility freedom for women in sports and shedding light on the barriers many female athletes face when balancing their careers and family-building aspirations. Here’s what I'd love for you to take away from this initiative: Women athletes dedicate their lives to excelling in their sport often at the sacrifice of things like fertility and family-building, where they’re left with little support and even less information. Through research conducted over the past few weeks with hundreds of Olympic, professional, and semi-professional athletes, we built a compelling data story on the unique fertility challenges faced by women in sports. Let me arm you with some fast facts: ?? 70% of professional women athletes surveyed stated they delayed family-building due to their career. ?? 9 in 10 women athletes surveyed felt that motherhood impacted their ability to thrive in their career. ?? 90% of surveyed athletes expressed concern about their future fertility, but 90% also feel uneducated about their options. ?? 92% of professional women athletes say they don’t have support or financial resources from their organization(s), and nearly 100% are unsatisfied with the level of support they receive. Today, we rallied support from some of the most incredible brands and organizations—including Strava, Hello Sunshine, On, Les Mills, the Women in Sports Foundation, Hettas, Babylist, and more—to help us share this research. We are also beyond honored to have athlete partners like Ashlyn Harris, Maria Sharapova, Alysia Monta?o, Missy Franklin, Chelsea Sodaro, Molly Huddle, Carly Patterson, Alexi Pappas, and 40+ other incredible women helping us amplify the campaign throughout the month of February. So please check out the campaign, and if you like it and want to help support non-profits like &Mother which are dedicated to helping more women thrive in both their careers and motherhood, share it. Every share = $1 donated. A movement led by athletes, but a future for all women. #fertility #womenshealth #familybuilding #womeninsports #ngwsd

Today, on National Girls & Women in Sports Day, we’re proud to introduce Level the Playing Field—a movement dedicated to ensuring women in sports can compete, thrive, and plan their futures on their own terms. Being an athlete requires unmatched ambition, focus, and drive—but for too many women, the pursuit of excellence comes at the cost of their future fertility. It’s time to change that. We’re thrilled to be partnering with the incredible team at &Mother to shine a light on fertility freedom for women in sports and expose the barriers that make balancing a career and family-building aspirations so difficult for female athletes. Over the past few weeks, we surveyed hundreds of female athletes across 18 sports and all levels of competition to better understand their experiences with fertility, family planning, and career longevity. The insights we’ve gathered are eye-opening—and they make it clear that change can’t wait. ?? How can you help? ?? Today, we’re rallying athletes, teams, organizations, and advocates to spread the word. By simply sharing this campaign, YOU can help raise awareness and drive funding for non-profits working to break down these barriers for women in sports. Let’s build a future where women in sports—and all women—can thrive in every aspect of their lives. Let’s level the playing field. ?? Learn more and get involved at LevelThePlayingField.co #LevelThePlayingField #NGWSD #WomenInSports #FertilityFreedom
