Sweet success! We just completed a custom pump assembly for moving maple syrup using the Ampco ZP Series pump. This pump is designed to handle syrup at 30-40 GPM and 80-100 PSI, depending on viscosity. We mounted the pump horizontally to make installation easier and improve drainability. It's powered by a 5 HP Baldor motor and a Nord Helical Gear Reducer for smooth operation. The whole setup stands on its own with 1" and 2" stainless steel square tubing, plus adjustable stainless-steel legs for added flexibility. Ready to start your next project? Exciting project update! We’re currently building multiple skids featuring Liquiflo External Gear Pumps for an assembly plant. These pumps will be used for pumping oil formulations. The Liquiflo H-Series and 3-Series pumps are available in 316 Stainless Steel and Alloy-C, with both sealed and mag-drive options.
