We Are Proud to Announce Chelsey Rider’s Promotion to Drilling Project Manager! Chelsey has been part of the AEC team for nearly two years and has excelled as the Drilling Project Coordinator. She has worked closely with all members of the drilling team to understand project scheduling, drilling procedures, requirements for crews, and client relations. Chelsey’s new role will see her provide additional client support, including estimating, scheduling, and technical support.?Those with an attention for detail will notice Chelsey’s familiar surname – Chelsey’s husband is one of the Northwest’s leading Sonic Drillers Daniel Rider! Between the support Chelsey will receive in the office, as well as the support at home, Chelsey’s path to success is clear!?Congratulations Chelsey!

Announcing Ryan Galbreth as Acting Drilling Division Operations Manager! As many are aware, Ron Rider was seriously injured in early-July. We are thrilled to share that his recovery is coming along spectacularly and, if you know him well, you wouldn’t expect anything less. When Ron and his team first came to AEC, their aspiration was to create the Northwest’s #1 Drilling Team; they succeeded, and now maintaining the vision lies in the capable hands of the rest of the team while Ron improves. We are cognizant that Ron’s road to recovery is of indeterminant length, and it is essential he takes all the time necessary to completely heal. We wish to be perfectly clear – Ron is not being replaced. Instead, this temporary organizational change is made with the intention of maintaining a thriving Drilling Team while Ron takes all the time necessary to recover. We will be with Ron every step of the way and look forward to his return when he is ready. ? We are extremely fortunate that Ryan joined our team early in 2024; not only does he have over 30 years of experience in the industry, but in such a short time he has become an integral leader in our AEC family. We are incredibly lucky to have a skilled team of drillers, helpers, coordinators, and leaders, because it has taken everyone to keep our drilling operations running smoothly in Ron’s absence. We are thankful that Ryan has agreed to step up to continue the momentum previously developed; we can’t wait for Ron to return and see his team flourishing. Thank you to Ryan and the entire Drilling Team – the past few months have been hectic and all your efforts have proven that AEC Drilling is unstoppable!
