As they have done in the past, our friends at Morningstar DBRS have released their anticipated 2024 Outlook for the #ABS market for #PACE #financing. Among their many insights featured in their outlook, DBRS has shared the following about the state of the #CPACE market in the coming year: * C-PACE #securitizations continue to perform well and low delinquencies are expected to continue, despite challenges seen in the #commercial #realestate market. * Pooled and single-asset C-PACE transactions are expected to grow in the coming year, thanks to greater market acceptance of senior lenders and more upstart #capitalproviders forming. * Economic headwinds may still pose a challenge to the C-PACE market in the coming year, including continuing concerns about the commercial real estate market, higher #interestrates, and broad macroeconomic trends.
