??Had a fantastic time connecting with powerhouse women commercial real estate brokers Suzanne Pinel Washburn MAI, CCIM, KARLY IACONO, and Danielle Brunelli at The Summit, a Women's Real Estate Investor Conference hosted by Beth Azor, The Canvassing Queen last week! Reflecting on the years gone by, it's amazing to think that I first crossed paths with Danielle 25 years ago through our mutual client and friend Nicole Curtis during her time at Sally Beauty Supply. Danielle, is the first female broker around my age I ever met who works the East Coast. She and I have both served some of the same Tenant Rep clients throughout our careers, and we have watched each others adult lives unfold on social media over the years. After wrapping up the ICSC Open Air Center in Tampa, I took a quick flight with KARLY IACONO over to Ft. Lauderdale to attend Beth Azor, The Canvassing Queen's 5th Annual Women's Summit. Day 2 is down at ICSC Open Air Center! It was an incredible couple of days that exceeded my expectations. Between another round of excellent round table discussions, I really enjoyed listening to the Economic Outlook that Joseph Zidle presented in detail with great candor! I didn't think I would laugh?? so hard listening to an economist on that state of where we are in today.... I also enjoyed listening to the "Deep Dive into Today's Restaurant World", the "World of Luxury Retail", and listening to our client Jim Lampassi and all of the retail panelists discussing Retailer Insights: 2025 and Beyond. The dine-around dinner was fun meeting friends in the industry and new people later that night. A big shout out ??to the planning committee for all of their hard work! It was excellent!
