Joe McElwee, our VP of Estimating, was recently appointed as the newest President of NUCA of Metro D.C. A well-earned leadership role for someone who has spent his career advancing the utility construction industry. This milestone is even more special because Joe is also celebrating 14 years at Anchor. Now, he’ll bring that same expertise and leadership to NUCA, championing utility contractors, advocating for the industry, and shaping the future of utility construction in the region.
