Over the past two months, Analog Events has been privileged to produce nearly 40 events in key states leading up to the election as part of the democracyFIRST series. This nonpartisan initiative mobilizes a diverse pro-democracy coalition to counter authoritarianism and restore consensus around core democratic values. Their advocacy and accountability programs identify and challenge politicians who threaten democracy, urging candidates and officials to uphold the rule of law and democratic norms. The democracyFIRST series brought together a remarkable lineup of speakers, including historians, journalists, political scientists, and public figures such as Liz Cheney, Doris Kearns Goodwin, Alyssa Farah Griffin, Anne Applebaum, Heather Cox Richardson, Timothy Snyder, Steven Levitsky, and Ruth Ben-Ghiat, among others.
