Nothing matters more than making it home safe at the end of the day, and yesterday, we took a moment to celebrate that commitment. Our safety team hosted a Safety Appreciation Lunch for one of our incredible field crews, complete with a great meal and some well-earned prizes. This team has set a standard for what it means to be safe on the job—no accidents, diligent practices, and a constant commitment to protecting themselves and their crewmates. These appreciation lunches are one way we celebrate our teams for their hard work and reinforce the importance of staying vigilant on the jobsite. A safer workplace doesn’t happen by accident—it’s the result of teams like this making safety a habit.
