Going back a number of years our MD Steve Hesmondhalgh worked with Jon Saddington and Craig Stockley extensively and so when the opportunity came up to work together again it was an easy decision. AMS Planning has an extremely high success rate for our clients at 94% and comprises an established team of Chartered Town Planners, Chartered Architects and other complimentary disciplines. The team’s experience varies from site analysis, promotion, preparation and submission of planning applications, to the research and preparation of viability and socio-economic assessments.
