Despite facing construction delays, having the Builder’s Risk policy with AmRisc enabled seamless communication regarding the construction status. Underwriters on both teams did an effective job in collaborating with each other and the client, which resulted in a smooth transition from builder’s risk coverage to permanent insurance. The account was successfully bound, making a win for both our Builder’s Risk and General Property teams. AmRisc’s portfolio of products provides solutions for many types of risks. Last week, our Child Welfare Pillar team attended the 16th Annual Kids' Meals, Inc. Harvest Luncheon. While attending, we were inspired by the words of featured speaker Bob Goff, a New York Times best-seller, founder, Honorary Consul, and attorney.
