It's official! Your 3rd Spot? Social Dining has been announced as a finalist for this year's most prestigious award at the 2025 Bar & Restaurant Expo. We've been honored to have been selected for over 25 awards since we opened, but this hits a bit different. First, this is a national recognition which is a true honor as nominations came from every corner, nook and cranny of the country. Second, its for the restaurant which is a testament to the incredible, innovative food that Chefs Stuart Rogers, Juan Lopez and the entire culinary team produce on an unbelievable scale every single week. It's not easy for a place that offers games and entertainment to be taken seriously among traditional restaurants and I'd be lying if I said I wasn't bubbling with pride for the entire team to be listed in this category. Of course, we hope to come back with the win, but the recognition in the Top 3 alone feels incredible. This past Monday, I had the privilege of spending quality time with the best team I could ask for. As the holiday season officially winds down, I want to express how grateful I am for the incredible group of people I work with every day. Over the past month and a half, we’ve worked tirelessly to create memorable experiences and put smiles on the faces of our amazing guests. But this time, it was our turn to experience that same sense of joy and camaraderie. Our leadership outing on Monday was a perfect reminder of the strength of our team dynamic. We laughed, we shared heartfelt moments, we danced, we enjoyed great food and drinks, and we celebrated our collective achievements. A special thank you to Joshua Rossmeisl for the thoughtfulness and care you showed in organizing such a meaningful experience for all of us. The leadership team is truly the example to our amazing team members, and I am continually inspired by their dedication, passion, and support.
