The Executive Director is responsible for establishing and executing the organization’s strategic direction, communicating the initiative and the importance of water quality in Iowa, and building collaborations with other aligned partners. This role provides leadership, counsel, and direction to the IAWA Board of Directors, Advisory Council, and Business Council. The Executive Director will also work closely with Amplify, an association management company that specializes in full-service management for non-profit professional and trade associations. They serve as a strategic partner for IAWA to elevate the impact of their mission, members, and the industry.
