Meet your first candidate in one week. We're a US company, fully insured, and our candidates have worked with the largest hyperscale orgs on the planet. Our custom recruitment software gives you complete access to the psychological and technical screenings of candidates as we find the right fit for your team or client. We started Amplifi Labs as a project-based custom software firm focused on understanding the real challenges businesses face. We wanted to answer the question, “What are businesses spending money to solve right now?” Looking back, we honestly never expected to be so good at solving customer problems. But one day we woke up, realized the company had been doubling in size for years, and decided we should continue to do what we’re exceptionally talented at. After a number of clients requested staff augmentation in place of custom projects, we began leveraging our hiring pipeline for them, selecting talent we’d want on our own team. Eventually, staff augmentation grew to account for 50% of our business, and it was clear the market didn’t just need custom software, they needed help finding the right nearshore team members. We knew we could achieve excellence in staffing as well, so we established a dedicated leadership team to help it thrive—and Amplifi Staffing was born.
