Congratulations to our #ChAmpion of the Month, Alvin Adrian! ?? A two-time ChAmpion, Alvin is a Revenue Management team expert and operations powerhouse. Alvin performs audits for our developer clients and manages allocations for many #CommunitySolar sites, regularly communicating with utilities. Alvin has caught many minor issues and prevented them from becoming problems. He acts as a mentor and trainer to new team members, has outstanding attention to detail, and is never too busy to help others. "Alvin's everyday actions embody Ampion's mission. His invaluable contribution within the operations team is only a fraction of his work," a teammate said. "Alvin collaborates closely with various departments across diverse initiatives, highlighting his versatile skills, extensive knowledge, and dedication to our cause." Ampion's Senior Executive Director, Vihann Kong, attended The Wendy's Company Convention Expo this week in Kissimmee, FL! ?? Ampion is proud to be a part of the?Wendy's Energy Challenge to help franchises take actions to reduce emissions and even save money. Over 130 Wendy's franchise locations are already enrolled in #CommunitySolar with Ampion, helping Wendy's reach its goal of reducing Scope 3 emissions by 47% by 2030. RE+ 2024 was one for the books! Sana Jameel, our VP of Account Management, was a panelist and shared the best strategies for bringing #communitysolar savings to the LMI population. In her session exploring the financeability of low-income clean energy projects, she focused on the appeal of community solar and why it’s an attractive asset class for financiers. The Ampion team enjoyed meeting with developers, asset owners, and other renewable energy professionals. "At RE+ 2024, I experienced an inspiring display of forward momentum in our industry," said Vihann Kong, Senior Executive Director at Ampion. "It was great to talk to energy professionals who share Ampion's vision of expanding clean energy access, and our conversations reinforced the need for innovative clean energy solutions, policy expertise, and purpose-built platforms like Ampion's.” And what an event it was!?The four-day show was buzzing with energy. Matt created a new ticketing system in #Salesforce that helps?our US-based Customer Care team more effectively track responses to our customers and continue to respond in a timely manner.?Always very communicative and quick to respond on any issues, Matt works on multiple CRM tasks across different teams, and does it with a positive attitude.
