We encourage our employees to engage with their local communities. Rose Albert, executive director at Rhode Island for Community & Justice, came to our corporate headquarters this month to talk about the important work this organization does in the state. One of the programs she highlighted, Youth Empowerment, helps teens raise their confidence by learning and practicing leadership skills. They gain real-world experience by organizing events from walks to fundraising.
